Bovenzi and family, have been building custom
homes and projects of superior quality while
offering exceptional value by taking a hands on
building approach to every aspect of the building
process.

Initial Meeting and Design Process
We personally design every home and project to
our customers needs and wishes in office. This
allows us to propose to our customers the
specifications and price of their project before
ever incurring any expenses. Only after our
design is approved by our customers and terms
are agreed upon, do we submit our design to one
of  our area's finest licensed architects for a
complete set of plans.

Construction Process
Every construction project is personally
supervised by the builder, no managers or field
supervisors are on our payroll. By personally
managing and supervising our construction sites
we can assure our customers the highest quality
in materials and craftsmanship. Our suppliers,
and contractors both know we expect nothing but
the best for our customers.

Hands-On
We work  hands-on with every project we build.
Our work includes all the finish trim work,
cabinetry installation, custom built-ins, and hard
surface flooring installation. Because of this, we
have gained the mutual respect of our
sub-contractors with whom we work side by side.

Open Door Policy
This is your major investment!  During
construction your always welcome. We want your
ideas, and we want to address any concerns you
may have ASAP.
